Kyle Stevens is an undergraduate student in the School of Mathematics and Applied Statistics at the University of Wollongong undertaking a Bachelor of Medical Mathematics. He graduated in 2016 and will be completing his Honours in Medical Mathematics in 2017. His main research interests lie in the field of applied mathematics, specifically modelling.
Modelling Range Expansion of Invasive Species
To study the development of mathematical models in order to describe how invasive species propagate through space, with an emphasis on introduced species, and how this can be applied to cases within Australia (e.g. cane toads, wild rabbits, etc…).
