Fredholm Operators and Differential Equations
In this project, I propose to study the theory of Fredholm operators and of Toeplitz operators, and to detail the relationship between this theory and the solutions of kernel integral operators and differential-equation theory.

Dion is a third-year undergraduate student studying a Bachelor of Mathematics at the University of Wollongong. Originally being a Maths and Physics Student, Dion is interested not only in studying pure mathematics, but also using what he studies to find real-life applications. Throughout Dion’s studies in university he has been eager to research his topics with rigour and communicate ideas to others.
